Professional Summary
During the past 25+ years I’ve worked in more than 56 countries accumulating vast years of experience in the application of surface geochemistry. My work has focused in hydrocarbons, hydrogen, helium, geothermal exploration and soil and groundwater pollution conducting field data acquisition, laboratory work, analytical and statistical interpretation work.
Additionally, part of my work has included geological modeling techniques, analyzing geological data, interpretation and integration of geochemical, microbiological, geological, GIS and geophysical data and complex report writing.
While doing my scientific and fieldwork, I acquired a solid knowhow and experience organizing logistics, large international mobilizations of equipment and personnel, budgeting, security, HSE and extensive experience in environmental and social studies.
Exploration Geologist
During my career, I also acquired fundamental experience as an Exploration Geologist for conventional and unconventional Oil and Gas, Helium, Hydrogen and Geothermal sources while conducting surface geochemical studies evaluating prospects, conducting surface geological mapping, topographic mapping, GPS surveying, geophysical and satellite data interpretation and data management and its integration into GIS Applications.
Business Managment Experience
In the business and management part I have created and co-founder services companies and Laboratories in South America (Colombia and Argentina), Southeast Asia, (Malaysia, Singapore), the Middle-East, France and the USA.
Lecturer and Instructor Experience
I’m an active lecturer and instructor with recent experience teaching Surface Geochemical Exploration, Geology for Non-geologists and supporting legal teams. Additionally, I constantly organizing field trips for geoscientists in the Persian Gulf countries, Malaysia, Indonesia, France, Spain, New Zealand and Japan.
